The membership status page displays the current status of your memberships. including current, pending, expired and archived. If membership renewal has been initiated and the membership is in a pending state, this page provides you with information about what happens next. You may want to bookmark this page so you can visit it whenevery you want to check up on your membership status.
If a membership bill is outstanding, you can click the Pay a Bill link to view and download the printable invoice, or pay by credit card.
If your membership is eligible for renewal, you can click the Renew link to initiate the membership renewal process.Back to top
The Membership Status page displays all your memberships, including current and pending memberships. As your membership progresses through the application process, this page is kept up-to-date with the latest status of your membership.
Bookmarking this page now will help you return to this page easily to access the latest membership status information. To bookmark the page, click on the Bookmarks or Favorites tab on your browser menu (depending on your browser) and select 'Bookmark this page' or Add to Favorites'. When you wish to return to this page, click the Bookmarks or Favorites tab on your browser menu and select this page from the list.
Review the membership status information and click links to manage your membership if desired. You may see information for a single membership or all your memberships, including those that have expired and been archived.
- Review Full Application
Click the 'Review Full Application' link to review the application for this membership. If any of the information in your application needs to be changed, click the link to send an email to organization administrators and explain what corrections need to be made.
The Renew link is displayed if this membership is eligible for renewal. Click the link if you want to initiate the membership renewal process.
- Pay a Bill
The Pay a Bill link is displayed if this membership has an outstanding invoice. Click the link if you want to pay your membership bill.
- Change Payment Method
The Change Payment Method link is displayed if your membership has an outstanding invoice and you opted to pay by some method other than credit card. Click this link if you've changed your mind and want to pay by credit card.
- View Print-Ready Invoice
Click this if you want to display an invoice that you can print for your records.
This section displays instructions that are relevant to the state of your membership. Unless the Membership State is Current or Pending Start Date, there may be other tasks that you need to perform. For example, you may need to pay the membership bill or submit forms before the membership can be approved, so be sure to read the instructions.
When a membership becomes Current, you will receive a confirmation email. If this is a new membership, the email message includes login instructions.
- Pending Billing
If the Membership State is Pending Billing, the membership must be paid before the membership is approved. You may use the Pay a Bill link to pay your membership bill via credit card or download a printable invoice.
- Pending Moderation
If the Membership State is Pending Moderation, your application has been submitted for moderator review. You may want to bookmark this Membership Status page so you can visit it later to learn whether moderators have approved your application. If you return later, the Membership Status page can confirm whether your application has been approved and provide you with any further instructions. You may also receive confirmation and instructions via email.
- Pending Start Date
If the Membership State is Pending Start Date, it has already passed any billing or moderation steps and will go current on the start date.
