Use the Account Activity History tool to create customized views and reports of changes made to account data: who made the change, when the change occurred and the type of change.
If you want more detailed information about a change such as which database fields were changed, use the Full Activity Log tool.

Set any of the optional fields to refine the search criteria. To view all available account activity history information, leave the search fields set to the default values.
- After This Time
Use this field to set a point in time. The Account Activity History will include only those changes logged after the time specified.
- Before This Time
Use this field to set a point in time. The Account Activity History will include only those changes logged before the time specified.
The time fields can be used together to specify a bounded time range beginning at the time set in the After This Time field and ending at the time set in the Before This Time field.
Set this value to search for changes with a specific origin. This commonly includes:
- All Originations
Changes may have originated anywhere.
Changes made automatically through other applications such as Kavi Members (e.g. Updating account information).
- Automated by Kavi Billing Application
Changes made through the Kavi Billing Application by the organization administrator (e.g. Adding a bill).
Changes made by using online user information management tools (e.g. Paying a bill).
- Activity Type
Set this value to search for changes with a specific Activity Type. This can be one of many default activity types, e.g. Added, Edited, Deleted.
Select the name of the account whose activity log you want displayed, or leave it at the default setting All Accounts.
An Account Activity History is displayed based on the search criteria you provided. You may opt to display or download the report. Account data downloaded from this report shows one activity record per line. Each column heading shows the name of a field as it is recorded in the database. The report displays the following information: date and time of the change, origination, activity type and account name. The username of the user initiating the change is also displayed. Plain text notes that provide additional information about this change may also be displayed. These may be added when updating a bill or an account.
Options available on the report are:
Removes the look and feel of the web site surrounding the report and scales the displayed report for printing.
Select a file format and download the data in this report to a file on your computer.
Available file formats are:
- Comma-Separated-Values (CSV)
File format used to transfer data from one application to another. Each record comprises one line, with values for that record separated by commas (e.g., first name, last name, email address).
- Excel Spreadsheet
Spreadsheet of data created by, and which can be opened and manipulated by, Microsoft Excel.
- Pipe Delimited (available on most reports)
File format used to transfer data from one application to another. Each record comprises one line, with values for that record separated by pipes, (e.g., first name | last name | email address).
